- 01We make all candles & melts with soy wax. Every candle is made with cotton wicks.
- 02They are such a fun time! Come hang out with a group of friends or a group of strangers and craft your own candle. With a variety of scents and vessel options, creations are limitless. Put your imagination to life and fall in love with candle making. We do have a minimum of 6 people per reservation. Our maximum amount per reservation is 20 people to a class. We host public candle pouring classes, but we also take reservations for private parties as well. Travel is available upon request. Food & beverage options are available upon request.
- 03Absolutely! Some of our items are only available in store. If you would like to repurchase the same scent/item, please send us an email and we will contact you. We are always happy to help!
- 04If you have not received tracking information, we may be able to fulfill this request for you. It is important to inform us as soon as you notice this error. Please send us an email, (hartmanpoured@outlook.com), with your order number, last name, and request. If your package is already in transit, you will need to contact the carrier to help with rerouting your package.
- 05If you have not received tracking information, please send us an email, (hartmanpoured@outlook.com), and your reason for canceling. If your order has not shipped, we will honor the refund. *Refunds may take 3-10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
- 06Please email us at, (hartmanpoured@outlook.com), and we will try to make an accommodation. If your order has shipped, we are unable to make any swaps/changes.
- 07Please send us an email, (hartmanpoured@outlook.com), with this issue. We apologize for any mistakes on our end and we will do our best to get them resolved in a timely manner. If your item is out of stock, we will offer a refund/exchange depending on your requested items.
- 08Before placing your order, please contact us and we will resolve this issue. If the discount code is no longer valid, we will not honor it. Orders placed outside of any given promotional window are not eligible for a price adjustment.

- 10If you would like to place a custom order, please order 3-4 weeks in advance. If the item that you are wanting to order is not on our website under "Specialty Items", please send us an email to @hartmanpoured@outlook.com.
