Processing Times
Most orders are crafted, packed, and shipped within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During major sales, please allow for additional processing time, 7-9 business days.
Shipping
We offer domestic shipping at affordable rates.
You will receive tracking information when your order has been processed. Please allow at least 48 hours for updated tracking information.
Transit
Transit time is not included in the processing time (see above). Transit time to most locations in the United States is 2-3 business days.
Please allow extra time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO destinations, and other United States territories.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If you have not received tracking information, we may be able to fulfill this request for you. It is important to inform us as soon as you notice this error. Please send us an email, (hartmanpoured@outlook.com), with your order number, last name, and request. If your package is already in transit, you will need to contact the carrier to help with rerouting your package.
Can I cancel my order/get a refund?
If you have not received tracking information, please send us an email, (hartmanpoured@outlook.com), and your reason for canceling. If your order has not shipped, we will honor the refund.
*Refunds may take 3-10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
Can I change the scents/products in my order after placing it?
Please email us at, (hartmanpoured@outlook.com), and we will try to make an accommodation. If your order has shipped, we are unable to make any swaps/changes.
I received the wrong item(s) in my order, what now?
Please send us an email, (hartmanpoured@outlook.com), with this issue. We apologize for any mistakes on our end and we will do our best to get them resolved in a timely manner. If your item is out of stock, we will offer a refund/exchange depending on your requested items.
I have a discount code - but it isn't working.
Before placing your order, please contact us and we will resolve this issue. If the discount code is no longer valid, we will not honor it. Orders placed outside of any given promotional window are not eligible for a price adjustment.
